Sunitinib is used to treat gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST; a type of tumor that grows in the stomach, intestine (bowel), or esophagus (tube that connects the throat with the stomach) in people with tumors that were not treated successfully with imatinib (Gleevec) or people who cannot take imatinib. Sunitinib is also used to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC, a type of cancer that begins in the cells of the kidneys). Sunitinib is also used to help prevent the return of RCC in people who have RCC that has not spread and have had a kidney removed. Sunitinib is also used to treat pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET, a type of tumor that begins in certain cells of the pancreas) in people with tumors that have worsened and cannot be treated with surgery. Sunitinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells and may help shrink tumors.

This medication is prescribed for blood cancer(Chronic Myeloid Leukemia). It is a protein-tyrosinekinase inhibitor. It blocks the action of an abnormal protein .

Cyclophosphamide is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat Hodgkin's lymphoma (Hodgkin's disease) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (types of cancer that begin in a type of white blood cells that normally fights infection); cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL, a group of cancers of the immune system .

Dasatinib is used to treat Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) in adults and children. It is also used to treat Ph+ CML and Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) in adults after other medicines (eg, imatinib) or treatments did not work well. Dasatinib is also used in combination with chemotherapy to treat newly diagnosed Ph+ ALL in children 1 year of age and older. Leukemia is a type of cancer where the body makes too many abnormal white blood cells. It belongs to the general group of medicines known as antineoplastics or cancer medicines. It interferes with the growth of cancer cells, which are eventually destroyed by the body.

Appropriate studies performed to date have not demonstrated pediatric-specific problems that would limit the usefulness of dasatinib in children 1 year of age and older. However, it may cause slowed growth and development in children. Safety and efficacy have been established.

Megahenz 40mg Tablet contains the active substance Megestrol. It belongs to a category of medications called progestogens and is used to treat certain hormone-dependent cancers, namely breast cancer. It is a synthetic form of the naturally occurring progesterone hormone. It is also indicated to treat unexplained weight loss, cachexia (weakness) and anorexia (loss of appetite) in patients with weak immune systems and cancer.

Progestogens are used in patients whose disease has progressed with conventional anti-estrogen therapy. Your physician will assess the estrogen status (ER) to ensure that your breast cancer is due to the expression of the estrogen receptor. 

Megasty 160mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will decide how much you need to take and for how long. Take it regularly and at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it suddenly without your doctor’s advice.

Common side effects of Megasty 160mg Tablet include diarrhea, rash, nausea, vomiting, headache, weakness (asthenia), and high blood pressure. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, stop the medicine and inform your doctor promptly. Managing side effects may involve dose adjustments, monitoring blood sugar closely, and supportive treatment as advised by your doctor.

Oxaltero 100mg Injection is given as an injection into vein by a qualified medical professional.  Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Ferinject 500mg Injection is given by injection or infusion (saline drip) into a vein by your doctor or nurse. You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. It is usually given in two doses, seven days apart. Your doctor will decide how much and how often you may need injections to improve your anemia. Eating a well-balanced diet that has enough iron, vitamins, and minerals can help to replenish your iron reserves. Good sources of iron include meat, eggs, raisins, broccoli, and lentils. 

TIPANAT 20 TABLET is used to manage adults with colon cancer or rectal cancer (colorectal cancer). It is used when the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. It is also used when other treatments have not worked or when other treatments are not suitable. TIPANAT 20 TABLET is a combination of Tipiracil and Trifluridine which belongs to the group of medicines known as Antineoplastic Agent which interferes with DNA in cancer cells to stop them from making new cancer cells. Tipiracil stops trifluridine from being broken down by enzymes before it can act.

Before taking TIPANAT 20 TABLET, inform your doctor if you have or had radiation treatment for your cancer, intolerance to galactose or the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. TIPANAT 20 TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women.

TIPANAT 20 TABLET is not suitable for the use in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. The most common side effects of TIPANAT 20 TABLET are weakness, feeling tired, decreased appetite, abdominal pain, indigestion and common cold. Consult your doctor if any of the above side effects persists for a longer duration.

Sunitinib is used to treat certain types of advanced or progressive tumors of the stomach, intestines, esophagus, pancreas, or kidneys.
