Lynza 100mg Tablet belongs to the class of cancer medications known as PARP (poly [adenosine diphosphate-ribose] polymerase inhibitor) inhibitors, containing the active ingredient Olaparib. It is used to treat pancreatic, and prostate cancer. This medication can be given alone or in combination with other anticancer medications.

It is not recommended to take olaparib if you are allergic to the active compound and other ingredients of the medicine. Speak with your doctor immediately if you experience breathlessness, chest pain, rapid heart rate, fever, cough, or wheezing. Your healthcare provider will conduct blood tests before and every month during the treatment, as this medicine could reduce the counts of RBC, WBC, and platelets. Tell your healthcare provider before starting treatment, if you have been diagnosed with problems in your lungs, liver, heart, or kidneys. 

It is not advised to use this medication while pregnant since it may harm the fetus and cause miscarriage. Therefore, for women of reproductive age, it is recommended to get a pregnancy test before beginning this medication. It is preferable to keep using birth control for at least six months after treatment is finished. While receiving treatment, it is not advised to breastfeed your child because it is unknown if  Lynza 100mg Tablet will find its way into the breast milk. Men are not advised to donate sperm for at least 3 months after  the treatment is finished. It is necessary to inform your doctor about all the medicines you are taking including prescription, over the counter drugs, vitamins and supplements.

You are suggested to take Medigef 250 Tablet as long as your doctor has prescribed it after checking your medical condition.  In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as itching or skin rash, acne, nail problems, vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. Adstrom 50mg tablet are an anticoagulant drug belonging to the thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor agonist category, containing the active ingredient Eltrombopag. It treats low platelet counts caused by primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) or hepatitis C (HCV) infection. ITP refers to an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system destroys platelets. Platelets are blood cells that aid in clotting and protect blood vessel walls. When platelet levels are low, it can result in severe bleeding and bruising. This tablet is also used in adults to treat low blood counts caused by severe aplastic anaemia (a serious blood disease that occurs when the bone marrow fails to produce enough new blood cells).

This drug should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to the drug or its components. Allergic reactions can range from mild to severe and may include symptoms such as rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing. Adstrom 50mg tablet is contraindicated in patients with severe liver impairment or active liver disease. This drug can potentially cause hepatotoxicity, as indicated by increased liver enzymes and bilirubin levels. Using this drug in individuals with severe liver disease can further worsen liver function, so caution is advised. Your doctor will recommend that you are checked for cataracts. Your doctor should arrange regular testing if you do not have routine eye tests. You may also be checked for bleeding in or around your retina (the light-sensitive layer of cells at the back of the eye).

Febuxostat is used to lower hyperuricemia (high uric acid in the blood) in patients with gout who have been treated with allopurinol that did not work well or cannot be treated with allopurinol. This medicine is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. It works by causing less uric acid to be produced by the body.

Appropriate studies performed to date have not demonstrated geriatric-specific problems that would limit the usefulness of febuxostat in the elderly. However, elderly patients are more sensitive to the effects of this medicine than younger adults.

There are no adequate studies in women for determining infant risk when using this medication during breastfeeding. Weigh the potential benefits against the potential risks before taking this medication while breastfeeding.
