Evermil 10 mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine used for the treatment of various cancers such as the pancreas, stomach, intestines, or lungs that have spread or progressed and that cannot be treated with surgery. Evermil 10 mg Tablet is used for the treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal women with advanced hormone receptor-positive, and HER2-negative. It is also used for the treatment of adult patients with advanced kidney cancer after failure of treatment with sunitinib or sorafenib. Evermil 10 mg Tablet is also used to treat kidney tumours in people with tuberous sclerosis complex (a genetic condition that causes tumours to grow in many organs including the brain spinal cord, nerves, eyes, lungs, heart, kidneys, and skin). Evermil 10 mg is used to treat subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (a type of brain tumour) in adults and children 1 year of age and older who have tuberous sclerosis complex. It may be used with other medications to prevent transplant rejection (attack of the transplanted organ by the immune system of the person who received the organ) in certain adults who have received kidney transplants.

Evermil 10 mg Tablet may cause some common adverse effects including mouth ulcers, low white blood cell count, infections, low platelet count, nail and skin colour change, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, diarrhoea, decreased appetite, taste change, elevated blood sugar levels and cholesterol. If any of the side effects persist or bother you, consult the doctor immediately. Inform the doctor immediately if you experience any allergic reactions (rash, shortness of breath, coughing, swelling, etc). Always seek medical advice if you have increased thirst or increased frequency of urination, or suffer from shortness of breath, cough or fever.

Arpimune ME 50mg Capsule is used to prevent the body from rejecting a new organ after a liver, kidney, heart transplant, or bone marrow transplantation. It weakens the immune system so that your body does not attack the new organ. It is also used to treat nephrotic syndrome, severe rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis.

The amount of Arpimune ME 50mg Capsule you take depends on your weight, medical condition, and what you are being treated for. Your doctor will plan the correct dose for you. Do not change the dose without talking to your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. It is better to take it, in the same way, and at the same time every day to get the maximum benefit. Keep taking it for as long as you have been told to, even if you feel well. Stopping treatment may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, unusual growth of facial or body hair, high blood pressure, diarrhea, gingival hyperplasia, and tremors. Because it lowers your immune system, you may also catch more infections than usual. Tell your doctor straight away if you develop an infection. For the same reason, you may be more at risk of developing some cancers, particularly of the skin. You should limit your exposure to sunlight.

Before taking this medicine you should tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, high blood pressure, gout (increased uric acid levels in the blood), or epilepsy. Also, tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking as they may affect the working of the medicine. This medicine should only be used in pregnancy if it is clearly needed. However, it is not recommended while breastfeeding. You will have frequent medical tests while taking this medicine to check your blood pressure, liver and kidney function, and mineral levels. The results of tests may lead to changes in your dose.

My 360 Tablet is used to prevent the body from rejecting a transplanted organ such as a kidney, heart or liver. Transplant rejection occurs when the recipient’s immune system identifies the transplanted organ as a ‘foreign object’ and attacks it. If it is not treated promptly, it may cause irreversible damage.

My 360 Tablet contains ‘Mycophenolate sodium’ used in the treatment of organ transplant rejection along with another immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory agent. It inhibits T and B lymphocytes (white blood cells that attack foreign cells) and suppresses antibodies' production (identify and kill foreign cells). These effects suppress the immune system so that the transplanted graft is not rejected.

Take My 360 Tablet as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as diarrhoea, cough, muscle pain, low blood pressure, fever and respiratory infections. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

To treat your condition effectually, continue taking My 360 Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed. To avoid recurring symptoms, do not stop it midway. Do not take My 360 Tablet if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy. My 360 Tablet should not be taken by breastfeeding mothers as it passes into breast milk. My 360 Tablet should not be given to children as safety and efficacy have not been established. My 360 Tablet may make you more susceptible to infections, so consult your doctor if you develop fever, sore throat, breathlessness, jaundice, unexplained bleeding, or bruising. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, wear protective clothing, and use protective sunscreen with a high protection factor while using My 360 Tablet . Do not contact anyone who has shingles, chickenpox, or measles. Do not take My 360 Tablet if you are not using effective contraception.
