Lenangio 10 Capsule can be taken with or without food, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

It is indicated to treat adults with multiple myeloma, mantle cell lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome and follicular lymphoma. Multiple myeloma refers to the cancerous progression of plasma cells that are predominant in the bone marrow. These cells gather in the bone marrow and split uncontrollably. This type of cancer cannot be cured; however, the symptoms can be alleviated. Myelodysplastic Syndrome is a group of various blood and bone marrow diseases, where the blood cells become abnormal and do not function properly. Inform your doctor if you have/had blood clots, heart attack, neuropathy, slow heart rate, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, infections/signs of infections, viral infection, HIV, hepatitis B, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems. Do not take Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's if you are pregnant, as it might cause severe birth defects or the death of the unborn baby. Avoid taking Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's if you are breastfeeding as it is not unknown if it passes into breastmilk. Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's may cause dizziness, sleepiness and blurred vision, so drive only if you are alert. Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's is not recommended for use in children. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's as it could lead to increased dizziness and sleepiness. Drug-Drug Interactions: Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's may interact with digitalis glycosides (digoxin), blood thinner (warfarin), and hormone (erythropoietin).

• Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to maintain proper weight.

• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

• Include food rich in iron, such as lean red meat, raisins, bell peppers, Brussel sprouts, and broccoli.

• To prevent constipation, consume fibre-rich foods such as whole grains, broccoli, dried fruits, nuts, beans, apples, oranges, and pears. 

Special Advise

• Do not take Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's if you are pregnant as it might cause severe birth defects or death of the unborn baby.

• Male patients taking Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's must not donate semen and should use effective contraception during sexual activity even though they have undergone vasectomy.

• You must not donate blood while taking Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's and for 4weeks after discontinuing Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's.

• Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's might increase the risk of blood clots. Inform your doctor if you notice any symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, swelling of the arm or leg.

• Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's might cause abnormal/increase in liver test results, inform the person doing the test that you are taking Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's.

• Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's might increase/decrease your blood sugar levels. Regularly monitor blood glucose levels while taking Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's. Consult your doctor if you are diabetic.

• Inform your doctor if you have any kidney dysfunction as Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's might cause kidney problems.

• Regular blood tests are advised before and during treatment with Braunamide 10 mg Capsule 10's.
