Vitcofol FCM 500mg Injection is given by injection or infusion (saline drip) into a vein by your doctor or nurse. You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. It is usually given in two doses, seven days apart. Your doctor will decide how much and how often you may need injections to improve your anemia. Eating a well-balanced diet that has enough iron, vitamins, and minerals can help to replenish your iron reserves. Good sources of iron include meat, eggs, raisins, broccoli, and lentils.

You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. Your doctor will decide how many doses you need depending on the cause of your anemia. It is advisable to eat iron-rich foods like meat, eggs, raisins, broccoli and lentils along with taking Encicarb 500mg Injection.

LUPENOX 40MG INJECTION contains Enoxaparin which belongs to the group of medicines called Anticoagulants. It is used to manage blood clot formation in the body.

Due to this property, it is highly used as a prophylactic therapy for managing blood clot formation during risky conditions that involves clot formation such as before or after a surgery, during dialysis or after a heart attack or a severe chest pain (angina).

Ifosfamide Injection is an alkylating drug indicated for use in combination with certain other approved antineoplastic agents for third-line chemotherapy of germ cell testicular cancer. It should be used in combination with mesna for prophylaxis of hemorrhagic cystitis. (1) 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

• To prevent bladder toxicity, ifosfamide injection should be given with extensive hydration consisting of at least 2 liters of oral or intravenous fl uid per day. (2,  5.3 )

• Mesna should be used to reduce the incidence of hemorrhagic cystitis. (2)

It also reduces the risk of blood clots after orthopedic (such as hip or knee surgery), or abdominal surgery. Fondared 2.5 mg Injection prevents blood clot formation during and shortly after restricted movement because of an acute illness. Deep vein thrombosis is a medical condition in which blood clots form in deep veins, usually in the legs. Pulmonary embolism is a condition in which a blood clot blocks the arteries in the lungs.

Fondared 2.5 mg Injection contains ‘Fondaparinux sodium’ that works by inhibiting the action of clotting factors (a natural substance in the blood that causes clotting). Thereby preventing the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin (a protein that binds platelets together and forms a clot) and helping prevent blood clot formation. It eases blood flow through the veins, making it less likely to develop a severe blood clot.

Some people may experience unusual bleeding, anemia (low number of red blood cells), bruising or swelling.
